DTI Warehouse is an outlet website created to list overstock and miscellaneous parts and equipment from Diversified Technologies, Inc, the parent company to both Sudenga Industries and Dur-A-Lift. All companies reside on a campus located just outside of George, Iowa.
All items are limited stock, and inventory is subject to change often.
Sudenga Industries is a leading manufacturer of durable ag equipment for grain, feed and seed handling applications. Products can be found in farm and commercial agriculture installations as well as industrial material handling applications worldwide.
For more than half a century, Dur-A-Lift has specialized in building bucket trucks (also known as truck-mounted aerial lifts) for the electric utility, forestry, sign and lighting, and telecommunications industries. Made in the USA since 1969.

Diversified Technologies, Inc. (DTI) is the parent company of Sudenga Industries, Inc. and Dur-A-Lift, Inc. DTI is one of the largest employers in northwest Iowa.
Where is DTI Warehouse located?
Diversified Technologies Inc. Warehouse is located at DTI's production plant one mile east of George, Iowa. All items we sell are available for free local pickup at 2002 Kingbird Ave, George, IA 51237.
Are listed products being sold in new or used condition?
Both! We have many products that are in brand-new condition. But we do have some miscellaneous parts that are sold in used condition as well.

Do you offer free shipping?
Select items ship for free. We do offer free pickup of all products at our production plant near George, IA.
Can I pay at pickup?
No, all products must be purchased and paid for online before pickup.
Where do I pick up my items at?
Smaller items are available for pickup in our main office, which is located north of our main entrance. Larger items (weighing 50lbs or more) will be coordinated before pickup by phone or email.
